Privacy
Session cookies
A signed session cookie (bs_sid) identifies your conversation thread without an account. A signed cookie (bs_case) keeps your question's constraints (floor area, budget…) to show the private “Your case” box; it is never stored in a shared cache nor indexed. After sign-in, an authentication cookie recognises you.
Analytics
We use Amplitude for seven events: page viewed, message sent, thread forked, checkout started, Study purchased, analysis added, “Compare 3 places” clicked. Properties: locale, business, place, country, mode.
Thread data
Your messages, constraints and email are kept to run the thread and the Study. Public pages contain no personal data. Ask for deletion at contact@barleystone.ai.
