Terms of sale

Purpose

Barleystone offers free public pages and a single paid product, the Study, sold for €49 including tax (or local equivalent).

The Study

The Study includes: an 8 to 12-page PDF built with your numbers, a conversation thread active for 30 days, up to 3 extra analyses in the thread (another place, another niche, comparison) and 1 in-depth web research.

Beyond that, extra analyses and research are offered in the thread (€9 each, price being tested).

Chat is not counted in messages. A reasonable use of 300 messages per Study applies; a message warns you as you approach it, and the thread is never cut off.

Nature of the analysis

Generated analysis, not a certified study. Numbers come from public sources, data providers and a calculator; the service does not predict revenue and does not decide for you.

Prices and tax

Prices include tax. VAT or sales tax is computed by Stripe Tax for your country at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

The Study is digital content delivered as soon as you pay. At checkout, you request this immediate access and expressly waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code): the Study is non-refundable.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Barleystone stores no card data.
